What is Threading?

Threading is another way to shape eyebrows, using threads instead of wax to pull the hair out of its follicle.

There are many benefits to threading in comparison to waxing. Waxing takes with it the top layer of your dead skin, leaving a larger possibility for acne breakouts, discoloration, and rashes. Threading only exfoliates the skin it comes into contact with, so there is less risk of unfavorable reactions from your skin.

Threading also provides more control to the artist. The shape of the cloth used for waxing limits the shape you can structure. Without the limit of a cloth, the artist can tailor your eyebrow shape to your face.
